- Continuous band blade decrusting slicer head mounted on balanced pulleys for optimum grip divided into two stations: the first for cutting horizontal crusts and the second for cutting vertical crusts;
- Infeed and outfeed loading belts, upper with adjustable height, suitable for holding and pushing product to the blades and lower with product guide side rails;
- Independent cutting height and thickness adjustment of each blade;
- Belt feed speed adjustable by inverter;
