Bag forming and filling machine
Starting from a single-fold reel, the machine forms the bag, the size of which can be varied depending on the amount of product to be packaged. The vertical welder welds and cuts the film, forming the bag with the top free. The special form of construction, and the control electronics, mean that welders can work without fumes exhalation.
An electronic unit complete with a photocell, provides for centering the bag when working with preprinted film, or detects its length via an Encoder when using anonymous film.
Production speed: 20-30 bags/minute
