Baguette counting and packaging line

Filling units are the ideal complement for packaging products directly inside a carton. The system consists of a hopper that receives products and prepares the batch. Once the preparation is finished, the hopper bulkheads open and deposit the products on the second hopper below, which deposits them on the bottom of the carton. At the same time, the first hopper closes and the preparation of the next batch begins. In this way, the combined work of the double layering hopper ensures production continuity by preventing products from sitting idle while waiting for introduction.
