Filling and capping monoblock for milk and yogurt
Packaging solution for glass containers with twist-off cap. For jam dosing and for yogurt dosing: double rotary volumetric dosing unit, composed of AISI 316 stainless steel rotary pump motorized with electric motor, piloting and dosed regulation by inverter and electronic counter that can be set by keypad, food grade, hot sanitizable; drip saver nozzle with two-way pilot valve synchronized to dosing. 2 truncated conical feed hoppers (for yogurt containment and jam containment), capacity about 50 lt, made of stainless steel, one complete with level device to control feed pump and the other with slow-rotating paddle agitator (14 rpm).
Output: about 2,000 pcs/h depending on the dosage.
