Processing of personal data outside the European economic community
In full transparency, the data controller has the obligation to notify the user that the transfer of data outside the European economic community must be carried out in compliance with European rules and the GDPR :

The transfer, inter alia in the aforementioned Article 49, may be made, alternatively, only if the following conditions are met:
