A 1-, 2-, 3-, 4-, 5-, 6-row ideal for soft and leavened pastries for CIABATTA and FRENCH bread, sizes from 25 g to 2000 g and above. Stainless steel frame and casing. Dough loading belt and laminating header of 240 mm useful width. Dough rolling is done with a multi-roller satellite system, with multiple anti-stress beating, manually adjustable from 6 to 26 mm thickness. The longitudinal disc cutting system and the guillotine cutting system have knives that are interchangeable in the number of rows, and in the guillotine, the blades can be straight, angled and/or triangular or with shapes as per the Customer’s specifications. Universal row spreader manually adjustable by means of handwheels with row spreads from 1 to 6 at any variable width. Each movement is controlled by inverters to give maximum processing flexibility. The machine is mounted on wheels with a swivel stand. “Touch screen” control panel with 50 storable programs and PLC operation management. The machine lends itself to combination with lines with forming, rounding, printing, cutting tray loading systems for fully automatic processing.
