Clean room for the food industry
Clean rooms are sized according to ISO 14644-1:2015 and FS209 standards are constructed with totally sanitizable wall and ceiling paneling. Food or pharmaceutical cleanroom control parameters are managed by fully customizable programmable management PLCs connected to the telehealth network, and air handling units are equipped with filter fouling sensors that promptly indicate when filters need to be replaced. Depending on production requirements, air flows can be of two types:
- unidirectional vertical flow in which the supplied absolute filters are housed on a hood to direct the outflow of clean air while the return air grilles are placed on the lower parts of the room.
- Turbulent flow, where the sanitized work area is the entire production department
