Machines for filled croissant
The innovative machine system can produce up to 6,000 pieces per hour of stuffed croissants, weighing 65-80 grams and with a filling of up to 20 grams. The unit, equipped with a special calibrator, enables constant product weight and stress-free rolling. A newly developed cutter with a pneumatically controlled dual-position cutting station ensures a perfect cut. Two brushes recover side trimmings by conveying them into two outer containers. The gear dosing machine provides the filling for the previously cut triangles; a series of belts sorts them and conveys them into the two special winding machines, which, through sophisticated and overall simple technology, gently rolls the product by hand.
