The floating, or “fluidized bed” tunnel, is a system designed to be used in the in-line processing of all those small-sized products, such as: cherries, peas, tortellini, etc., that need to be frozen quickly in a uniform and targeted manner, such as to ensure the complete preservation of their organoleptic characteristics and proper handling in the next stage of packaging, avoiding the problem of finding frozen product agglomerates.
